Mortgage Loan

Home Equity Loan Products
We lend up to 80% of the value of your primary residence minus any existing first mortgage.

Home Equity Line of Credit
It’s a revolving line of credit secured by a second mortgage on your house. You draw against this credit line on an “as needed” basis and pay interest only monthly for the first 10 years. Use it for home improvements, cars and recreational vehicles, emergencies, education, and vacation. With a 20-year term, the 10-year advance period is followed by a 10-year repayment period. Your interest rate floats with prime.

Home Equity Installment Loan
This is a fixed term, fixed rate installment loan secured by a second mortgage on your house. Again, you can use the equity in your home for what you’ve always wanted. With this loan type, you immediately receive the entire balance of your loan and start repaying with fixed monthly installments over a 5-, 10-, or 15- year payment term.

Personal Loan
We provide different loan plans to meet your personal needs and budget.

Secured Passbook/Certificate Loan
Citizens National Bank holds your Passbook Savings or Certificate of Deposit as collateral until the loan is paid off. You may borrow up to the amount of the collateral at a variable interest rate paid monthly.

Unsecured Installment Loan
This loan is money borrowed at a fixed rate for a fixed term with a fixed monthly payment. Minimum loan amount request is $500.

Auto Loan
Loans are available for the purchase of new or used cars and trucks. The interest rate and loan term is determined by the year of the vehicle.
