So, why not get started today on securing that loan you want with our easy 3-step process?
Step 1: Consultation, Application and Disclosure
To begin, if you're fortunate enough to be a mortgage loan expert, that's great! Chances are though, you might not be. That's why the first step in our process is to listen to your needs, then make recommendations on programs and rates that are available to you. Throughout the entire process, we make sure you remain fully educated and informed. Working with one of our friendly mortgage loan originators, you will fill out a loan application. Soon after, we'll provide you with all the legal disclosures and start guiding you through the application submission process. Also, a home appraisal and title work will be ordered by CNB on your behalf.
Step 2: Document Gathering, Processing and Underwriting
When your signed disclosure and application documents are received, they are combined with your completed appraisal and title work, and your file is prepared for submission to Underwriting. During the underwriting process, we review your file to verify all statements are supported, the property value is substantiated, and the title is clear. If necessary, any additional underwriting requirements are addressed, and when clear, a closing time is scheduled.
Step 3: Congratulations!! It's time to close your loan
With processing and underwriting completed, you're now ready to close your loan (sign final documents). If you are purchasing a home, your loan is funded that day. If you are refinancing, your funds are disbursed on the 4th business day after the loan closes.
